Who we are

The GM’s Satchel (“we”, “us”) is an independent publisher of printable tools for fantasy tabletop roleplaying games, based in Massachusetts, USA. You can reach us at hello@thegmssatchel.com.

What we sell

Everything in the shop is a digital download: PDF files you print or read on a screen. Nothing is shipped. Each product page lists what the download contains, its page count and its paper sizes.

Checkout, payment and tax

• Orders are processed by Link, Stripe’s checkout service, which acts as the merchant of record. Your purchase shows as “Sold through Link”, your receipt comes from Link, and your card statement reads LINK.COM* followed by our name.
• Prices on this site are in US dollars. Checkout may show the price in your local currency.
• Sales tax, VAT or GST is calculated and added at checkout where it applies, and collected and paid by Stripe.
• We never see or store your card details. Link and Stripe handle payment under their own terms.

Delivery

As soon as your payment is confirmed we email your download links to the address you used at checkout. The links work for 7 days, and each file can be downloaded up to 10 times from one order. You can get fresh links any time from your library using the same email address. If the email doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder or write to us.

Your license

Buying a PDF gives you a personal license to use it: print it for your own games, play with it in person or online, and use it on stream. You may not share, resell or redistribute the file. The full terms are on our license page and on the last page of every PDF.

Refunds

See our refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.

How our products are made

Our text is drafted with AI assistance and edited by a human; each product page says so. We use no AI art. Our tables are tools for play: use your own judgement about what suits your table.

Using this site

Please don’t try to break, overload or scrape the site, misuse download or sign-in links, or sign other people up to our email list. We may limit or block access that does.

Ownership

The text, layouts and original artwork in our products and on this site belong to The GM’s Satchel. Public-domain engravings remain in the public domain. We are not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by any game publisher.

Liability

Our products are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, without limiting any protection the consumer laws of your own country give you. We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
